Complaints policy

If you have a complaint that the reception staff are unable to resolve then we would ask you to submit this in writing to Mrs Lynn Brown, The Practice Manager.Your letter will be acknowledged with two working days and we are committed to report on the findings of the formal internal investigation within a further 10 working days.For further details ask reception for our complaints leaflet.
